D Shift:
PRN:
Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels. Coordinates patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Exemplifies AdventHealth's core values of Keep Me Safe, Make It Easy, Love Me, and Own It through behavior. Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care. Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed Other duties as assigned. Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines. Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly. Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications. Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care.
