Duties Conduct initial and reassessment nursing evaluations for our clients Complete and submit, Plan of Care documentation Collaborate with case managers and our administrative team to ensure timely and accurate paperwork Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients and families Requirements Active RN license in North Carolina 2 Years Experience Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
