Required Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and using telemetry equipment BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability to new environments and patient populations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients on Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and promptly communicate changes Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive treatment planning Administer medications, track patient responses, and accurately document interventions Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
