Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality patient care in Stepdown and Progressive Care settings Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing advanced assessments Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educating patients and families on care and recovery processes Accurately documenting patient status, interventions, and progress
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care (PCU) units BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
