Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care and close monitoring for patients on Telemetry units Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal outcomes Participate in patient education and discharge planning Maintain timely and comprehensive documentation
