Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based patient care Document observations, interventions, and patient progress Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
