Job Description

Our agency is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse(Part-Time) to work in our Kernersville office. This position hours are flexible. 2-3 days a week from 9a-4p. Please send in your resume if you are interested.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse or possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and have a valid nursing license in the state in which he or she is working. Must possess excellent administrative, management, and communication skills, mature judgment and emotional stability. One years of experience in home care is preferred (in- home care, companion, sitter, or respite services, or any other provider licensed).
Nursing Job Duties:
The RN is responsible for assisting in the direction of all licensed and non-licensed services provided the agency. The RN is accountable for the agency's adherence to federal, state, and agency standards. The RN ensures compliant records for services rendered by all personnel, which include these services- In Home Aide, Companion, Sitter, and Respite Care. The RN assisting with supervision of all agency services through performance of scheduled and non-scheduled on-site client visits. The RN will assist with all home care services provided by the agency by performing the initial assessment of clients, determining client care plans and appropriate level(s) of service, supervising the implementation, coordination, maintenance, evaluation, and termination of care plans and service(s). The RN will participate in personnel evaluations. The RN participate and conduct the clinical orientation for all new employees.
