Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, full-time hours
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year experience in a Med Surg or Telemetry nursing role Proficient in telemetry monitoring and patient assessment BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Telemetry and Med Surg units Conduct assessments, monitor vitals, and interpret telemetry readings Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families Accurately document observations, interventions, and progress Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and collaborate with providers for effective interventions
