This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our caregivers and clients throughout the communities in Duplin, Pender and Onslow counties As a Nursing Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight for our private duty home care clients, ensure quality care is delivered, and serve as a resource for caregivers, clients, and families. Responsibilities Complete initial client assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality patient care and compliance with agency policies. Perform client reassessments and update care plans as needed. Provide clinical support and guidance to CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers. Coordinate care with physicians, families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in the hiring, orientation, and ongoing education of clinical staff. Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies. Document all visits, assessments, and supervisory activities accurately and timely. Assist with client service issues and promote excellent customer satisfaction. Participate in on-call rotation, if applicable. Qualifications Current North Carolina RN license in good standing. Minimum of one year of nursing experience required. Previous home care, home health, hospice, or private duty experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Current CPR certification.
