Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Telemetry RN Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs in a telemetry environment Administer medications and manage IVs as per physician orders Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop individualized care plans Educate patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and ongoing care Maintain accurate, timely charting and thorough patient records
