Day Shift Three, 12-hr shifts (7a-7p) Every third weekend. required Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You'll Work Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist - Lexington Medical Surgical & Telemetry (Unit A) Unit A is a 45-bed Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Our team fosters a collaborative, supportive culture grounded in patient safety, evidence-based practice, and compassionate care. What sets Unit A apart is our commitment to professional growth and teamwork, paired with advanced telemetry capabilities to effectively manage complex conditions. We're Looking For Graduate of a Board of Nursing-approved nursing program Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
