Full Time Night shift (7p-7a) 3, 12-hour variable shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation We're Looking For:
Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program. Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required based on specialty. Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) What You'll Do:
Engages in shared governance, unit councils, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the continuum Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to optimize outcomes Promotes and maintains a culture of safety and continuous improvement at the patient, team, and unit levels Administers medications, treatments, and therapies safely in accordance with protocols and standards Communicates effectively, supports team collaboration, and delegates appropriately to care team members Maintains professional competency, ethical practice, accurate documentation, and flexibility to support varying patient care needs More About Atrium Health West Union & Our Emergency Department Atrium Health Union West is a hospital, emergency department and specialty care center all wrapped into one location - with extra amenities to help restore your body and mind.
