Registered Nurse ER

A healthcare facility is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to provide outstanding care in the Emergency Room on a contract basis. Your ability to act decisively and compassionately will be key as you work alongside highly skilled interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred Strong critical thinking and adaptive problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities for patient and team interactions Experience operating within fast-moving, high acuity settings

Responsibilities:

Appropriately assess and triage incoming ER patients Deliver evidence-based patient care in a rapidly changing environment Document all care and observations thoroughly and accurately Collaborate with providers, specialists, and support staff to coordinate and implement care plans Administer prescribed medications and treatments Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant ER environment

Schedule/Hours:

Flexible shifts based on facility needs; option for days, nights, or weekends depending on availability
