Hours:
Travel assignment, variable shifts based on facility needs
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state) Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic care environments
Core Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients across diverse acuity levels Monitor, interpret, and record cardiac rhythm data Communicate changes in patient status to interdisciplinary teams Administer prescribed treatments and medications with precision Document comprehensive assessments and care plans Support patients and families with education and reassurance
