Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical-thinking skills Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry reports Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide patient and family education regarding condition and care plans Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records
