Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Functions in the day-to-day operations of the clinic; logs and documents daily interactions with employees and the care provided. Conduct pre-fill physical assessments, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry as required. May be required to transport people to another health facility on occasion.
REQUIREMENTS
EMT Certified, LPN Certified, Nurse Aide II or higher nursing qualification, with clearance to work in this state. Must be able to work independently. Must have critical thinking skills. Proficient in Computer skills. The ability to work flexible hours. The ability to work with a diverse clientele. Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of management. Possess excellent problem-solving skills. Have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one location to another. May need to access files, supplies, and equipment.
