Job Description

Shift Requirements :
8a-430p, rotating on call, weekday and weekend Are 40 hours guaranteed:
Yes On Call Schedule :
1-2 nights a week, rotate every 3rd weekend on call
License Requirements:
NC RN license
Productivity Requirement:
20-25 visits a week Mileage reimbursement: 0.41 cents per mile Counties covered :

Home care, HCHB, OASIS Job duties: Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for individuals, including health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management. Develop, implement, evaluate, and supervise individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Manage medications by ensuring proper ordering, administration, documentation, storage, and compliance with healthcare policies. Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including health records, physician orders, progress reports, and required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Coordinate healthcare appointments, hospital admissions/discharges, and ensure timely follow-up on medical findings and treatment plans. Train and supervise nursing staff and caregivers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, infection control, and person-specific care requirements. #
