Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Strong clinical skills in emergency assessment, triage, and intervention Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and prioritize care effectively Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in the ER, including assessment, triage, and treatment Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient responses Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and procedures Participate in emergency response efforts and support rapid decision making
