Skills & Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license. Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred). Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic clinical environments.
Core Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to ensure patient safety. Provide compassionate nursing care to patients with cardiac and other complex medical conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and thoroughness. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards at all times.
