Schedule/Hours:
Orientation offered twice monthly, ensuring a smooth start Flexible scheduling around core staffing needs
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current RN license in good standing Strong med-surg background required Experience caring for post-surgical and orthopedic patients highly beneficial Comfortable with a 1:5 patient ratio Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to med-surg and post-surgical patients, especially orthopedic cases Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to healthcare teams Administer medications and manage care as per provider orders Document care accurately in electronic health records Contribute to patient education, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary rounds
