Job Description

Job Description Overview RN with clinical experience in various settings including experience with developing, coordinating, and executing training of clinic staff to ensure clinical compliance in the clinic setting . Key work will include preparing for and leading the initial clinical orientation classes after an employee completes their FHC corporate orientation. Leads efforts to complete OSHA, and other clinic audits required to maintain a up to date (w/ corporate, state, and federal requirements) and safe environment for providers, staff, and patients. Reviews, updates, or creates clinical policy, new letters or other communications related to clinical quality and compliance for the ambulatory clinics. Completes additional clinical orientation or remediation as needed for clinical staff who need additional assistance with a particular clinical skill. Works with the Ambulatory Quality team to plan and execute the annual skills fairs, process improvement exercises, deployment of new clinical techniques or devices. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in Nursing preferred. Registered Nurse license for NC. Minimum 5 of years of experience in a similar position and/or industry of experience with physician group practice and extensive knowledge of clinic protocols. Experience with EMR software & Microsoft Office applications and experience in data processing. Minimum of 2 years' experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred. BLS required
