Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Proven experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments
Primary Responsibilities:
