Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license At least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability and a collaborative approach in multidisciplinary team settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on medical-surgical units Assess, monitor, and document patient status and vital signs Administer medications and treatments according to care plans Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with facility standards
