Essential Qualifications:
Current, active RN license At least one year of recent operating room experience in a hospital setting Ability to circulate and scrub preferred, but not required BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current) Exceptional communication and critical-thinking skills Adaptability to new environments and diverse teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs Prep operating rooms and ensure all necessary instruments are available and sterile Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery Document care thoroughly and precisely Engage in ongoing professional development and follow evidence-based practices
