Contract Length:

13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Required Qualifications Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting experience is required Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Home Health experience preferred

Active RN License BLS Certification Valid Driver's License Proof of Vehicle Insurance Shift Details Shift:

8-Hour Day Shift (40 Hours/Week)

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call Requirements No Call Weekend Requirements Weekends are dependent on department needs and will be discussed during the interview. Holiday Requirements Holidays are dependent on department needs and will be discussed during the interview. Floating Requirements N/A About the Facility Home Health Services Service areas include: Cleveland County Gaston County Rutherford County Department Information Typical Caseload Average patients seen per day: 6-7 weighted units/day Approximately 30 units per week Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units Approximately 2 admissions per day Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required Home Health experience preferred First-Time Travelers Accepted if they have prior Home Health nursing experience Patient Population & Common Diagnoses Patient Population Adults 18 years and older No Pediatrics Common Diagnoses & Treatments Wound Care Wound VACs PleurX Drains Foley Catheters Suprapubic Catheters (SP) Feeding Tubes Peripheral IVs PICC Lines Ports Diabetes Mellitus Heart Failure Medication Management Disease Management Required Licenses & Certifications Active RN License BLS Certification Driver's License Proof of Vehicle Insurance Required Skills Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting experience OASIS documentation Hospice philosophy Infection control practices Wound care Wound VAC management PICC line dressing changes Port access IV infusions Drain management Catheter insertion Critical thinking skills Ability to drive at night Department Support Leadership Team LPNs CNAs Peer Support Case Management Team Technology & Equipment EMR Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Orientation New Employee Orientation (NEO) 2
