Job Description
Countryside Retirement Community, located in Stokesdale, is seeking a part-time, Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Countryside Retirement Community is locally owned and operated by Compass Healthcare and Rehab. This dynamic community is home to residents of all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Short-Term Rehab. This position will perform the following responsibilities within the Independent Living area of the community: Hold daily clinic hours to assess and assist independent living residents, in a clinic setting. Meet and assess potential new independent living residents, prior to move-in to retirement community. Respond to resident's accommodations during working hours in the event of a resident need & follow up with residents regarding clinical needs. Assist with necessary doctor appointment referrals. Coordinate with outside physicians as needed. Teach weekly water aerobics class & exercise class. Oversee resident wellness program. Other duties as needed.
