Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with rotating shifts
Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry unit BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in both Telemetry and Med Surg settings Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on plans of care Safely manage and administer medications and treatments Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and home care Maintain detailed, accurate medical records in accordance with facility policies
