Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible scheduling options available
Key Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills Willingness to adapt to new protocols and settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Maintain sterile field and ensure strict adherence to infection control Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Document patient care and respond swiftly to emergencies Provide education and reassurance to patients and families Why pursue this travel role?
