Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least two years of recent Operating Room experience Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing best practices Valid BLS (required); ACLS preferred Adaptable, with proven teamwork and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in the perioperative environment Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection prevention protocols Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures Keep comprehensive and accurate medical records Respond confidently to emergencies and rapidly evolving clinical situations
