Full Time:

What We're Looking For:
Education :
High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Experience :
2 years of experience, required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision. Additional Skills (preferred): Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
What You'll Do:
Assess, stage, and document wounds Develop and implement individualized care plans Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing) Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention Collaborate with providers and care teams Ensure infection control compliance Maintain accurate EMR documentation
