Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care as a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality individualized care to patients, while collaborating with other healthcare and mental health professionals. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including intake health and physical, yearly health and physical, and other nursing functions to assist the provider in individualized patient care. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, standards, and policy. Assist in devlopment and implementation of individualized care plans based on patients' needs and preferences. Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, and working with the provider to make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care in our outpatient setting. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records systems like Methasoft. Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and ethical practice. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina Familiarity with hospital protocols and outpatient care settings is beneficial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to identify and report client sedation Ability to draw blood / obtain urine specimens / measure and record vital signs Ability to keep timely and accurate documentation
