Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid for practice in NC (or compact state) Minimum of 1-2 years' recent ER nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred Strong critical thinking skills in high-acuity, fast-paced settings Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions Prioritize, assess, and coordinate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Document thoroughly while adhering to the highest standards of patient safety Respond swiftly and calmly in high-stress situations, applying sound clinical judgment Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and aftercare
