Experience Desired:
Active RN license required (RN-ER specialty preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room environment Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS and TNCC preferred) Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity situations Strong communication and teamwork skills
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring emergency intervention Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment Administer medications, IV fluids, and therapies per protocols Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Educate patients and families during emergency care transitions Maintain compliance with documentation and hospital procedures
