How you'll contribute You'll support our Providers and patients by ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient clinic operations. Your role blends direct patient care, clinical coordination, and essential office functions to keep our practice running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting MDs/NPs with direct patient care, including equipment preparation , vital signs , medical history , and other clinical data Managing appointment scheduling , procedure coordination , and timely patient flow Processing prescription refills and obtaining insurance pre-authorizations for testing and procedures Taking verbal orders from Providers and documenting accurately Administering oral and parenteral medications (excluding IV) under Physician direction Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical environment Completing all documentation promptly and supporting overall clinic operations as needed What we offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
