Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Aesthetics to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with aesthetic treatments, ensuring exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing their skills in aesthetic nursing while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Position Highlights Part-time to Full-time opportunity (3-4 days per week) One weekend per month required Competitive hourly compensation starting at $35/hour Performance-based commission opportunities Advanced training and certification opportunities Collaborative physician-supervised practice environment Opportunity to expand into regenerative medicine, wellness, hormone optimization, and longevity care What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Perform neuromodulator treatments including Dysport®, Botox®, and Daxxify® Administer dermal fillers including Juvederm®, Restylane®, and regenerative injectables Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including biofillers and regenerative procedures Educate patients regarding treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Contribute to a luxury patient experience built on trust, education, and results Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, protocols, and safety standards. Required Qualifications Active RN license in good standing in North Carolina Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience Minimum of 2 years of experience using cannulas and dermal fillers Experience with neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®) Experience with dermal fillers including Juvederm® and Restylane® Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing Experience independently assessing and treating aesthetic patients Experience working within a physician-supervised medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine practice Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills Professional, dependable, and highly ethical approach to patient care Preferred Qualifications Experience with regenerative aesthetics and biofillers Experience with microneedling and laser-based treatments Interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity medicine Strong consultation and treatment planning skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning What Makes You Successful Here The ideal candidate is: Passionate about aesthetics and patient outcomes Confident yet coachable A collaborative team player Excited to learn new techniques and technologies Focused on building lasting patient relationships Committed to practice success and delivering exceptional care Benefits & Growth Opportunities Boutique Wellness is committed to investing in our team and creating long-term career opportunities.
