As part of this growth, we are seeking to hire this Full-Time RN position, with an anticipated start date in July. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills IV certified with strong proficiency in IV placement and lab draws Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to clearly educate patients on treatments and care plans Open-mindedness toward integrating Eastern and Western medicine approaches A motivated team player who is eager to help grow clinic programs and services Key Responsibilities Administer IV infusions and injections Perform lab draws Assist with procedures Take and document patient vitals and medical histories Assist with routine clinical procedures Educate patients on treatments, medications, and post-care instructions Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating care Complete administrative and clinical support tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas Stock supplies and ensure exam rooms are prepared Respond to patient messages and manage phone calls Support providers and staff in delivering high-quality care Contribute to the growth and development of clinic programs and services
Minimum Requirements:
Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current BLS certification Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work within RN scope of practice Pass background check and drug screen Maintain compliance with clinic policies and state regulations
