Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards Respond appropriately in emergency and high-pressure situations Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license required Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred Acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings Education & Certification Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment Additional specialty certifications may be required by department Why the Fargo, North Dakota Area?
