Long Term Care / Nursing Home We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Beulah, North Dakota. This role is ideal for nurses dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment. The RN will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and consistent care. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents based on individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitor and assess residents' physical and emotional conditions and report changes Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical observations Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Previous LTC, SNF, or nursing home experience preferred Current BLS certification required Strong medication administration and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills Flexibility to work variable day and evening shifts For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
