Schedule/Hours:
Flexible assignment structure based on facility needs
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a medical-surgical environment Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care Document patient progress and maintain compliance with charting requirements Educate patients and family members on conditions, medications, and post-hospital care
Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license valid in ND Minimum of 1 year Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Proven ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
