Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred Previous hospital or acute care experience highly preferred Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced healthcare environments Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care Education & Certification Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area Why Jamestown, North Dakota?
