Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient care based on nursing assessment and diagnosis, Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes, Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention, Participate in the development and implementation of health improvement programs, Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects Implement patient care plans and contribute to best practice procedures and policies. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
