Job Description
Assesses skilled nursing facility resident needs and coordinates personalized care plans to ensure regulatory compliance. Manages data submission for government reimbursement and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team. Ensures accurate documentation and data transmission to maintain facility funding and compliance. Must hold active North Dakota Registered Nurse license. Prior experience in long term care nursing and MDS/RAI process a plus.
