The clinic is part of a comprehensive healthcare network that serves a regional area including 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. This facility is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program by the Commission on Cancer and holds certification from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. The organization utilizes advanced technology with
HIMSS EMRAM
Level 7 certification for both inpatient and ambulatory facilities.
Opportunity:
Hematologist/Medical Oncologist This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an esteemed Hematology/Oncology team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. You'll work alongside comprehensive support services including nutrition support, social workers, nurse navigators, and specialized therapists, with access to on-site specialty services such as Radiation Oncology and Genetic Counseling.
Job Details:
Consultative call only with hospitalists handling admissions and overnight coverage Manage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per day Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs with plans for future expansion Provide regional outreach care one day per week/month to clinics in Jamestown, Lisbon, Wahpeton, Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, and Fosston Approximately 8-10 days of call per month Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system Participate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences Access to cutting-edge clinical trials through NCI Community Oncology Research Program grant Board Certification/Board Eligibility in both Hematology and Medical Oncology required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
