Registered Nurse:
Med-Surgical/ER Watford City, ND | Competitive pay + amazing benefits
Schedule:
Full-time About the Opportunity We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Watford City that invests in their nurses and supports work-life balance. They're hiring an RN to work across Med-Surg and ER—great for someone who wants variety, strong teamwork, and growth. Relocation is provided. Tuition assistance is also available What You'll Be Doing Provide direct patient care across Med-Surg and ER Administer meds/treatments, follow physician orders, and document in the EHR Monitor patient status changes and respond to emergencies Support admissions/discharges/transfers and update care plans Supervise CNAs/NAs/LPNs on shift and assist with new-hire orientation Cross-train and float between ER and Med-Surg as needed What They're Looking For Active RN license (ND or compact) ADN or graduate of an approved RN program BLS required (or obtain within 3 months)
ACLS/PALS/NIHSS
