$45.00 - $52.50/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift:
Nights Schedule:
12-Hour Shifts (36/48 Rotating)
Guaranteed Hours:
36/48 Hours Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Long-Term Care experience to provide high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment. This opportunity offers a supportive team atmosphere, consistent scheduling, and the potential for overtime. Required Qualifications Active RN License. Recent Long-Term Care experience required. Strong assessment, clinical, and resident care skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience with PointClickCare preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Assess and monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
