Job Description

On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Location:
Omaha, Nebraska Schedule:
On-Call / PRN (7 days on / 7 days off structure)
Pay:

Respond to after-hours calls and provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in homes or care settings Perform symptom management, assessments, and interventions to ensure patient comfort Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality end-of-life care Complete timely and accurate documentation What should I have to be considered? Active RN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state) Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience At least two (2) years of hospice or home health experience Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently Compassionate communicator with a patient-centered approach Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Hillcrest?
