Long Term Care Nursing Home HR Director As a Long Term Care Nursing Home HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our HR department in the daily operations of our long-term care nursing home. With a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents, you will work closely with our management team to ensure we attract, retain, and support a talented and dedicated workforce. About the
Role:
As our HR Director, you will be responsible for: Leading the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, benefits coordination, and compliance. Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Driving employee engagement through employee development, recognition, and retention programs.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field experience considered in lieu of education. Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and talent development. How to
