Job Description

RN:
Long-Term Care / Days or Nights / up to $50/hr Grand Island, NE Area Excellent Pay | Supportive Leadership | Flexible Schedule Join a well-respected long-term care facility in the Tri-City area that is known for its strong team culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to providing exceptional resident care. Position Highlights :
Full-time, permanent/direct hire RN opportunity Day or Night Shift Available 3x12 schedule: 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am Every other weekend rotation Responsible for providing direct nursing care, overseeing resident care plans, and supporting day-to-day nursing operations Opportunity to work closely with residents while helping maintain high-quality standards of care and compliance
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Pay:
$32-$43/hr depending on experience When applicable - Additional $4/hr evening shift differential (starting at 2pm) and $6/hr night shift differential, additional weekend shift differential Full Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO & Holiday Pay Employee Savings Plan Strong leadership support and team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Current Nebraska RN License
REQUIRED
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, cardiac, or geriatric experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and patient care skills This is a full-time direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by the facility on Day 1.
