Job Description

Night Shift Travel RN provides 13‑week Med/Surg nursing coverage during nights (7 p.m.-7 a.m.) in a Nebraska facility, delivering quality patient care while supporting the hospital's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to patients during night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monitor patient conditions and respond to urgent situations to ensure safety and quality of care. Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately within the electronic health record system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and certification requirements throughout the assignment.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license in the state of Nebraska. BLS and ACLS certifications, plus any additional certifications required by the facility. Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in Med/Surg. Ability to work nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
