Overview L&D RN — Travel assignment in Lexington, NE. This role supports obstetric services in a small, 25-bed facility with OB, L&D, postpartum, and well-baby care requirements.

Weekly pay:
$2,449•2,480 per week.
Guaranteed hours:
36 per week.
Shift:
3x12 Nights.

LTC•Nursing Home with OB/L&D coverage Housing provided (note: $10 bill rate reduction when housing is provided) Local travelers (<50 miles) also subject to a $10 bill rate reduction Orientation will take place on Tuesdays Prior travel experience required Responsibilities Deliver direct obstetric and newborn care, including labor support, postpartum recovery, and well-baby care according to established protocols. Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications as ordered, assist with deliveries, and manage postpartum assessments. Document care and outcomes using Cerner and OB-specific tools such as FetalLink; maintain accurate, compliant charting. Respond to obstetric emergencies, coordinate with physicians and the broader care team, and implement care plans. Provide patient and family education on labor, postpartum care, newborn care, and safety. Float as needed between OB, L&D, Med/Surg, and ER to support a small facility's multiple OB and general care duties. Requirements Active RN license in
Nebraska Certifications:
